Manufacturing & Quality Standards
Production strictly follows IS:3624, DIN 837, and ASME Standards.
Each gauge is calibrated using high-precision Digital Test Gauges (accuracy up to 0.05%).
Master Gauges are verified with Dead Weight Testers.
Test Gauges and Dead Weight Testers are regularly calibrated by NABL-accredited laboratories.
Bourdon tubes undergo heat treatment and stress relief for enhanced durability.
Every gauge passes leak, overload, and accuracy testing before dispatch.
Certifications
Certified by SQAE Mumbai and IDEMI Mumbai after rigorous evaluations.

- A Capsule Pressure Gauge featuring socket welding to the case and an external zero adjustment. This gauge is equipped with built-in overpressure protection capable of withstanding up to five times the full-scale overpressure.
- A Diaphragm Seal with a compact diaphragm design.
- A High-Pressure Comparison Tester that operates efficiently without the need for a priming pump.
- Maximum pointers are available for gauges sizes 2-1/2″, 4″, and 6″, all of which can be optionally filled with glycerin.
- The indigenous development of Quadruple Contacts (2NO+2NC) specifically for electrical contact gauges.
- Specially designed temperature gauges to endure high-vibration environments, such as those found in diesel engines on ships.
